UNICOMI was founded in Singapore in 2010 with a single idea: that schools, banks, and established organisations deserved technology partners who understood their operational complexity — not just their budget.

Over 15 years, we've grown from a boutique digital studio into a regional enterprise software and services firm with offices in Singapore, Johor Bahru, and Manila. Our work spans school management systems, staff augmentation, and custom digital solutions for some of the most recognised institutions in Southeast Asia.

We're still small enough to care about every engagement. And experienced enough to get it right the first time.

Technical Director

With over 22 years of expertise in technology development and consultancy, Mark has led teams to deliver a multitude of highly sophisticated systems. His impressive portfolio encompasses cutting-edge payment systems, advanced logistic tracking solutions, enterprise-level content management platforms, real-time financial stock ticker systems, and more.

Randy Paulino

Head of Business & Operations

With over 15 years of proficiency in creative, marketing, and project management within the technology sector, Randy has overseen projects for prominent multinational clients. A data-driven digital leader with extensive digital experience, B2B, client & customer engagement, and content management systems covering Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
